On-The-Job Training
We intentionally hire individuals facing significant barriers to employment, such as formerly incarcerated citizens, veterans, at-risk youth, or those experiencing homelessness.
Generating Revenue
These ventures help fund the supportive services our employees need to succeed: transportation assistance, mentorship, skills training, and case management.
Proven Results
We break the cycle of poverty and unemployment. Our employees gain a paycheck, critical job skills, and renewed confidence, all while providing a valuable service to Fresno.
